FOUNDER & CEO
An architect specializing in 3D printing, Angelika graduated from the University of Liechtenstein and holds a postgraduate degree in 3D Printing Clay Architecture from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia.

MATERIALS ENGINEER
Natalia brings advanced expertise in sustainable materials with a PhD in waste-based geopolymers from the Silesian University of Technology. Her research fuels Äerd Lab's innovative clay-based solutions.

With a Master's in Material Science and Ceramics from AGH University of Science and Technology and experience in the brick industry, Magdalena strengthens Äerd Lab's development of groundbreaking construction materials.

Gary is a seasoned corporate executive with a Master’s in International Business from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. His passion for deep tech startups drives Äerd Lab’s operational excellence and growth.

A veteran with 16 years of service in the United States Air Force, Gerald brings leadership and logistical expertise to Äerd Lab, ensuring seamless lab operations and production coordination.

Lucy, holding a Master’s in Robotics and Advanced Construction from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia, blends parametric design, digital fabrication, and robotic manufacturing to create innovative products for Äerd Lab.
